Who we are

Energetika-VDS (Energetika-VDS) is a European contract electronics manufacturer. This privacy policy explains how we handle data submitted through this website and during the quote and production process.

What data we collect

Through this website we collect data you submit through the quote form: name, company, email, phone (optional), website (optional), product description, services needed, files available, and your message. We also receive any production files you upload or link to.

We do not use cookies for tracking. The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-respecting and does not require consent banners under current EU guidance.

Why we process this data

To prepare an accurate manufacturing quote and, where the engagement proceeds, to deliver production. The lawful basis is legitimate interest under GDPR Article 6(1)(f) for B2B contact data and contract performance under Article 6(1)(b) once an engagement is agreed.

How long we keep it

Quote data and project files: up to 24 months after the last contact, unless an engagement proceeds. Production data and per-unit traceability records: typically 5 to 10 years depending on regulatory and contractual requirements for the product class.

If you ask us to delete your data and we are not contractually or legally required to retain it, we will delete it within 30 days of your request.

Who we share data with

We do not sell or rent personal data. We share project files internally with the engineering, sourcing, and production teams that work on your project. We may share component-level data with approved suppliers to procure parts.

We do not transfer personal data outside the EU unless explicitly agreed with you (for example, to enable cloud provisioning to a US-hosted IoT platform you control).

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to processing of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email sales@energetika-vds.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

File security

Production files (BOM, gerbers, firmware binaries, signing key references) are stored under access controls. Firmware binaries and signing key references are restricted to the engineering and production teams that need them for your project.
