Why integrated production

One contract from BOM to tested board

A real production line, not a benchtop. Solder paste, pick-and-place, lead-free reflow, AOI on every board, and through-hole on the same job when the design calls for it. Firmware loading and functional test attach to the same workflow when your product needs them.

Component sourcing runs in parallel against your AVL. Bring your own parts, or we source them. Either way the BOM locks before paste hits the stencil.

  4. Assembly setup

    Stencil, feeders, reflow profile prepared.

  5. Solder paste printing

    Stencil-based deposit on the SPR-45.

  6. Pick-and-place assembly

    Vision-assisted placement on the LS60.

  7. Soldering and reflow

    Six-zone horizontal convection reflow on the GF-120HT.

  8. Inspection

    AOI on every assembled board.

  9. Optional firmware loading

    In-line or offline programming when required.

  10. Optional functional testing

    Bed-of-nails or edge-connector test against your plan.

  11. Box-build and packaging

    Sub-assembly, label after test, packed unit.
